OPTICHOMES
Overstone Hall is a 19th-century country house in Overstone, Northamptonshire, designated Grade II listed for its special architectural and historic interest. Once home to 119 rooms across 35 acres of parkland, the Hall has stood largely derelict since a major fire in 2001 destroyed much of the building, leaving the remainder exposed to years of weather and neglect. Our approach is built around stabilising and reviving what survives — returning a landmark building to a use worthy of its history.
Optic Homes' role at Overstone Hall covers all commercial work on the project, alongside operational planning for the site. We are also assisting with the planning process itself — preparing and organising the full suite of documentation required by the local planning authority as the application progresses.
